CAJUN BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Makes: 6 Servings | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

1 kg chicken wing pieces 
125 mL FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce 
75 mL FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup 
10 mL Cajun seasoning

Directions

BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 450 °F on lowest oven rack for 30 min. until crispy, turning once. 
MIX Buffalo Wings Sauce, ketchup and spice blend.
TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

Tips

Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter for the Wings Sauce. Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F for 10 min. Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

                   MEATLOAF BOMBS

Makes: 8 Servings | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 25 Minutes

ground beef 
crushed FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions 
egg 
FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup 
FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce,divided 
FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8 muffin cups in 12-cup muffin pan.
COMBINE ground beef, Onions, egg, 1/2 cup Ketchup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire and Mustard. 
EVENLY fill 8 muffin cups with beef mixture, mounding mixture. Combine remaining Ketchup and Worcestershire and brush over tops of meatloaves.
PLACE muffin pan on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake 25 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.

Tips

To make these Meatloaf Bombs even better, press a 1-inch cube of your favorite cheese or 2 tater tots into center of each meatloaf before brushing with glaze. Glaze and bake as directed.

908 g ground beef 
45 mL FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce 
5 mL garlic powder 
8 American cheese slices 
60 mL FRENCH'S® Mustard (any flavor) 
8 green lettuce leaves 
8 tomato slices 
60 mL FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup 
250 mL FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions 
4 whole grain Kaiser rolls, split

Directions

MIX beef, Worcestershire and garlic powder together. Form into 8 burgers.
GRILL burgers over high heat until juices run clear (160° F internal temperature). Top each burger with one slice cheese and cook until cheese melts.
TO assemble burger, spread 1 tbsp. of mustard on bottom half of grilled bun; follow with 2 lettuce leaves and two tomato slices and then two of the burger patties. Finish with 1 tablespoon Ketchup and 1/4 cup french fried onions and top of roll.

                   Classic Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Makes: 1.25 Cups | Prep Time: 2 Minutes 

Ingredients

240 mL FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup 
50 mL prepared horseradish 
15 mL fresh lemon juice

Directions

MIX all ingredients together and keep chilled. Serve with cooked cold shrimp, crab and/or lobster meat.
